Political leaders or Politician A politician, political leader, or political figure is a person who is involved in influencing public policy and decision making. This includes people who hold decision-making positions in government, and people who seek those positions, whether by means of election, inheritance, coup d'état, appointment, electoral fraud, conquest, divine right, or other means. Politics is not limited to governance through public office.

A politician or political leader are those people who are involve in the decision making and taking action for the publics' advantages. A good political leader would always be there to hear the people's insights and opinions, wherein they serves as guidance and instrument to give action on the problems that is being raised by the public. It does not necessarily mean that, only presidents and other government officials are entitled as political leaders, but those people who are politically active, are also known to be part of the important leaders who took part on the enhancement of such locality. A true politician will would always put his own shoes to the cituation of the people, wherein he or she give empathy to his or her countrymen.
